For two nights in July, Chefs Cenna Juan Loa & Josh Pearce take over the Edward & Ida's kitchen with Santan, a five-course menu celebrating the vibrant flavours, traditions and stories of the Philippines through a modern lens.
Hosted in the intimate surrounds of Ida's Den, this one-off dinner will showcase Cenna's interpretation of Filipino cuisine, drawing on childhood memories, family recipes and contemporary technique.
